Yes! We are directly off the main road into Barnstaple & have had artic lorries / tractors visit the site so your caravan or vehicle will be fine!

If you wish to access the site outsider of "office hours" then we ask for 12 hours notice. Please do this via the contact form on the website.

We charge a month in advance + the balance of the month we are in. 

For example if you signed up on the 15th of the month we would charge you the pro rata amount for the month you are in + the next full month upfront. On the 1st of the next calendar month we then charge the next full months rental.

Payments are taken via direct debit. You will be sent the invoice from our system, notified of the direct debit being taken and then the money will leave your account a few days after being notified.

We ask for a full month's notice. 

We will get in touch and tell you that you have been naughty. After that your access to the site will be blocked and we reserve the right to retain any property left on site until full payment is made. Storage charges will still be incurred during this time.

We are all human though so if you have issues please talk to us before anything becomes a problem.
